The new partnership aims to make homeownership more accessible for the people of Massachusetts.
DES MOINES, IA, April 1, 2026 — EverDwell, a digital platform designed to streamline operations for state and regional Housing Finance Agencies (HFAs), has announced a partnership with MassHousing to match qualified homebuyers in Massachusetts with MassHousing lender partners. EverDwell will also provide MassHousing with the data to optimize their programs, partnerships, and marketing so access can be improved where it’s needed most.

Since its launch in 2025, EverDwell has partnered with three HFAs, including the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA), and the California Housing Finance Agency (CalHFA).
